The Conway Area Humane Society is the recipient of a $10,000 pledge from Zeb’s Charitable Foundation toward programming to benefit children in the Mt. Washington Valley community and beyond. These programs will include projects organized and executed by the shelter’s Junior Board as well as outreach and educational programming with the local schools and youth organizations.

“The Conway Area Humane Society does great work in so many aspects of animal welfare” commented David Peterson, co-owner of Zeb’s General Store. “Zeb’s had has a long history of helping the Humane Society and providing support to their long term plans and this multi-year pledge is a good match with our fund which has a focus on youth assistance programs,” he concluded.

“We are preparing to announce some exciting news regarding future growth for CAHS” said Executive Director Virginia Moore. “We are thrilled with Zeb’s commitment to be a part of that growth.”

The funds will be dispersed over a period of four years.
